Mrs. Koch, owner and operator, previously taught at Houston Community College in Katy, Texas.  She was the Director of the Horticulture Department and was awarded the 2011 Christa McAliff Teacher of the Year for Post Secondary Education by the West Houston Area Chamber of Commerce.  Featured on billboards, radio and recently an HEB commercial, Ms. Anderson is paving the way for women in agriculture.

Brenda is an activist for sustainability, education and community enrichment.  While completing her Master's Degree, Ms. Anderson studied aquaponics, system design and the practicality of large scale commercialization for both hydroponic and aquaponic systems.  She previously introduced Introduction to Aquaponics at Houston Community College, has attended multiple training's and brings a true hands-on learning experience to her students.
